Tutoring Makes All The Difference

Author: David John

Parents have contacted me for over twenty years requesting private tuition for their child. From learning to read in kinder, to advanced mathematics at University, private tutoring literally makes all the difference in the world.

Just like me, for example, you too may know someone who has been written off as a maths student and told not to study maths.

But with a little private tutoring your maths ability will pick up. This happens because someone is actually explaining how to solve the maths problem, instead of just telling you to do the maths problem.

Just like me again, you may have children who could not read. But with a one on one tutor who knows how to teach reading, your child can learn to read. Yes, this happens because the tutor teaches the child HOW to read.

The point is, we are all born knowing nothing except how to eat, cry, sleep and that other stuff. Yet we each grow up learning how to do thousands of complex tasks. These tasks become so complicated (at around the age of 5) that there is no way we can learn some of them WITHOUT a teacher. And so off to school we go. However, due to the fact that thirty other classmates are simultaneously also needing to learn these incredibly complex and strange tasks such as reading and...yuk!...maths, there appears to be a massive shortage of explanation.

So, the sooner a tutor can be introduced to the child, the quicker he will learn the advanced tasks that he is capable of learning. The longer tutoring is put off, the slower will be the development of the child.

Tutoring makes all the difference in the world.
