Don't compete with material things
Today everything is overburden in a battle, people have become something they are not. The ones which do not have an expensive car, deluxe apartment, modest wear and shoes with signature of some famous fashion creator and other proofs of high living standard, are suffering from complex of less value. The only symptom of this illusion is the lack of self-confidence. This kind of competition is a real poison in the interpersonal relations. This way sick relations are created based on artificial hierarchy. Luckily, I life sometimes you loose, but also sometimes you win. In fact the essential in this is to perceive where, when and how we should begin these battles. The experience tells us than we do not need to spend a huge energy and time in something that later pays with dissatisfaction.

Make your-self satisfied with just a little
It's been a long time since the people were satisfied with just one slice of bread and sleeping cover. Today, like never before, we collect expensive things that don't need us at all, and for worst this becomes an obsession. The scholars of life teaches us to know to choose the right path before bring some important decision. That way man not only perceives what is not valuable for him, but also easily commences some kind of decision. For this, there is very simple formula: Everything that is needless, there is a complication, the one what we need is always much simple.

Be aware of what you are
More and more we take care of what we eat, we go to the forest to breathe clean air, and we do exercises in order to be in a better condition. Surely, all of that contributes a quality life, but meanwhile very often we are careless when it comes to interpersonal relations. We all know the "vampires" of energy (they don't know nothing to do alone) and emotional racketeers, experts who now only to complicates the things. With those things, you are still not headed for the path to the egoists, the revengers, the envious and other mischievous kind of people. We all bring those "poisons" in our blood, yet more of us in a tolerant quantity and use just in predestined situations. Why we keep this kind of mischievous relations? The answer lays in our very psychic and emotional health.

Change the agitation with fluid
The human is a reactive being, moved by action and reaction. He is simply moved by perspective of his deeds. In fact the human reacts, he does not acts. That's why he needs a lot of stimulation which implies a lot of answers. Daily we react with rage on some offence, with fear on some threat, with joy on some nice news, with grief on some fraud. Still this reactive process scarcely spends trough our consciousness. That is because we are still looking new experiences which they stimulate us on new reactions in order to tear out of the monotony. The scholars of life teach us that we should comprehend the life in a way like a fluid, harmonic stream who can take away in any place and bring us everything what we need. The Taoists had named this "influence less", word which prevail on non-reactive influence. No matter on the seemingly delicacy which it has, its very diligence and powerful. Because Man is master on self counteract in relation with life.

You are better than you thought
In the flow of our life, we all create personality what we need in the confrontation of our daily life. At the same time that personality has gained determined marks of identification, we have builded ideology and opinion in it, affinities and phobias, In a word we have builded psychological and defensive mechanism in it. Therefore we have made one big mistake: we have given it a power which will always stay only in our hands. What's the cause of that? This person have ad exceptionally and instinctive psychological dimension, but with a lack or spiritual one. Actually it's all about distinguishing the "Me", which we act, and the real "Me". Behind this mask of our personality it's hidden the real face of our nature. Our life task is to dig deep and discover that face. And when we are going to accomplish that, we'll find out that there is no need of acting. We will discover that this nature shines with truth which we are going to tremble with joy and innocence. On the real being there is no need of masks.
