We obviously know that you should never trust a politician and it really doesn't matter which side of the political aisle they are sitting on they are all politicians and our system rewards the best liars and allows them to get elected. Perhaps this is a problem with mankind and it is stifling the future progress of the species.

Nevertheless you should trust no politician and lately we are seeing a new trend in that Liberal politicians are getting with academia and proposing certain research products and projects with studies and facts and figures, generally taken out of context in order to convince you of their political point of view.

You must not fall for Liberal politicians and Democrats who use state bogus research to convince you that they are right. Their selective use of data and research shows another truism in life. Liars figure and figures lie. Knowing this fact you should be extra careful when reviewing politicians with research in hand to prove their point of view.

Just because a set of research documents or studies show a certain thing does not mean that that particular data is taking into account all the possible data that is available. Selective use of data is one of the most dangerous things of mankind and something that the politicians love to manipulate. So, trust no politician especially Liberal ones with bogus research in hand. Please consider this in 2006.
