Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinks within himself so he is .. An idle thought may be totally unrelated and not even the forerunner of a related idle word but has the inbuilt power to set the agenda for a day or a lifetime. This sounds frightening and not possible but its power is confirmed through the number of warnings and instruction provided throughout Gods Word. The verses and the teaching are designed to provide us with the full benefit of the promised peace and power rather than be controlled by the ever increasing fear and negativity. These can easily lead to numerous trips to the specialist within a short space of ingestion. A new but unwanted lifestyle becomes established and feelings are assigned an inferior status not related to health. Casting out is not difficult but requires identification followed by a decision for elimination. The home, which is in the mind of the thinker can have a strong lock which must be dealt accordingly Idle words cast into the atmosphere have far more power than simply making unnecessary noise and wasting time. The ones that are regularly given to on- going repetition are focussed on fear, failure, doubt, unbelief around all things with a negative base. Copyright 2006 Patricia Little |
