Years of chasing down the elusive path of Truth seems to wind up right back where you started. You're here on this earth in the guise of a human-being within the contextual reality of a political, socio-economic system. Somehow, you simply have to make it all work, tweaking constantly at the little things to see the big changes eventually come round. After searching for truth all those years, the only change is the person you have become.

The depth of self-knowledge you acquired, along with a deeper connection to Source, you recognize the importance and value of your life and your fellow man. This is the impetus for engagement, being involved, and being the example within a system that may not align fully with your spiritual values and cravings. Even so, you remember: You are to be a light unto the world. Let your light shine and be fully who you are.

Maintain your integrity of spirit and maintain your connection to Spirit. Live and love your values in the context of society and see that light change others around you. Remember the time your journey took and place no expectations on results for others. Leave that in their hands, God is big enough. Do not be so heavenly-minded that you are no earthly-good. Allow yourself to be with the discomfort of the present-day realities and realize that you have the power of choice. Choose to live in accordance with your own spiritual truth, your own spiritual values, and live your passion.

Your own journey, leading to deeper self-knowledge, has revealed your own unique purpose. You now know how you are to be of service to the rest of society. The things that get you excited, the things that frustrate, all worked together to guide you down a narrowing path of self-awareness. As this focus becomes sharper and specific, you have a stronger sense of being on purpose and are able to make powerful choices that align with who you are. Your values are lived and experienced. Your light shines. You bring glory to that which gives life.
